If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or origin method of payment.

Exchange Policy

For voluntary returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you're exchanging a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

If you are shipping an item over $100 in value, we highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service, and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot be help responsible for damages that occur during return shipping, if the packages are not properly packed, or if the shipment is lost or damaged without shipping insurance.
